·         good experience on root-cause analysis of defect related to smt & soldering processes

·         understanding of the application of rc/lcr circuits, low pass/high pass filter circuits, clamp voltage and tvs,

·         strong understanding of mosfet operation and packaging, failure modes, and esd/eos mechanisms.

·         hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, scopemeter, curve tracers for failure analysis and electrical testing

·         knowledge of analysis tools such as sem, sam, fib, obirch and thermal imaging.
