Exposure to regualtory norms pertaining to EV vehciles will be preferred > Should have know how related to Lithium-Ion battery development, analysis and inspection. > Should have know how related to Motor development, analysis and inspection. > Should have know how of manufacturing process and CTQ parameters of battery packs and traction motors. > Should have know how related to BMS logic, vehicle level analysis and BMS manufacturing process > Good Understanding on Electrical and Software architecture and interface . > Should be able to understand circuits / gerber files . > Profound knowledge of vehicle communication protocol including CAN and LIN > Work experience in handling development and line issues of EV/ HEV > Well versed with problem solving tools > Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping / Welding / Casting / Machihng / Moulding / SMT Etc. > Should have understanding related to simulations / Mould flow analysis . > Should have understandding of EMI/ EMC
