Job Title: HPDC & Mould Fitting Supervisor (Bumper & Instrument Panel)

Job Location: Manesar

Required Experience: 4 – 9 Years

Required Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering) – Full Time

Job Responsibilities

·        Work independently in Bumper/IP injection mould fitting & assembly.

·        Co-ordinate with machining, inspection and quality sections.

·        Attend die trials at customer end and troubleshoot the problems faced.

·        Work for the reduction of fitting hours & cost through Kaizen.

·        Ensure the safety of workplace and do timely KYT, HHT.

·        Monitor fitting hours of the associates and time sheet data updation.

·        Ensure proper 5s in the work area.

·        Trial defects analysis and countermeasure planning through PDCA.

Technical / Functional:

·        Good drawing reading skills & knowledge of Fits & Tolerances.

·        Knowledge of mould manufacturing process and tool room machines

·        Knowledge of die materials and heat treatment

·        Knowledge of moulding machines

·        Knowledge of moulding defects and countermeasures

·        Good analytical skills

·        Very good problem-solving skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft office productivity software

·        Basic knowledge of CNC milling, EDM machines.

·        Basic knowledge of design software – UG-NX.

·        Effective verbal and written communication skill.

Preferred Organization:

·        4-wheeler OEMs with Mould development/ Manufacturing experience: KIA, Hyundai, Toyota, Honda, VW, M&M, Renault, Nissan, MG, TATA, Bajaj, Eicher, Force Motors, etc.

·        Tier-1 Bumper/ Instrument panel Injection mould manufacturers for OEMs.
