Roles & Responsibilities
- Management insight creation based on the information collection from different function areas R&D.
- Identify the trend in the data and derive the strategic intent for Management.
- Work with the available information and create the precise communication for management related tasks.
- Data management for Management including various Dashboard creation for data driven decision making.
- Miscellaneous activities (Organizing events on behalf of Management like employee connect sessions / identify the improvement areas).
- Create standardization across teams / departments for the data management.
- Work as a CFT members for the identified tasks with different areas.
