Role and Responsibilities:

• Preparing product concepts in line with MSIL Plan & Competition Approach
• Analyse competition strategy in that specific segments and plan the change content for MC/FMC
• Customer Analysis & Target Customer Understanding
• Model, Segment & Customer in depth understanding / Customer cluster analysis
• Product attribute proposal as per target cluster requirements.
• Initial Hypothesis Preparation & Explanation to Management
• Market Research related experience & research data analysis
• Final concept preparation & Sr Management presentation
• Tracking other OEM’s short- & long-term model strategy to prepare benchmarking report.
• Variant Planning - Feature, Powertrain & Spec related budling proposals during model planning.
• Feature level value set creation & management (perceived value calculation basis market research

Competencies:

Technical:

• Understanding of Macro-economic factors and Impact on Passenger Car market.
• Model development process / Timelines.
• Proficiency in using Project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate product features in terms of cost, performance and customer value.
• Expertise in MS office [PowerPoint, Word, Excel] Tools
• Business portfolio & financial analysis of OEMs
