Educational Qualification- Bachelor of Engineering
Work Experience: 6 – 10 years
a) Valuations of property (residential, commercial, land parcels); property identification; commercial negotiations; deal finalization; market assessment of property
b) Real estate, international property consultants (CBRE, C&W, JLL, Colliers, Knight Frank).
Key responsibilities
· Adhering to all Compliance and safety standards in all activities.
· Support zones in Valuations of property (residential, commercial, land parcels); property identification; commercial negotiations; deal finalization; market assessment of property
· Prepare reports for management approvals and information
· Supporting zones in technical aspects for all projects.
· Providing cost optimization ideas.
· Coordination with Zonal teams and other internal & external stakeholders.
Desirables:
· Good knowledge of market trends.
· Knowledge of latest tools trends of Real estate business
