Position : RLTY North – MGR or SMGR

Experience : 9-14 years experience

Qualification : B. Tech/MBA

Job Description

1. Take care of business development, expansion and Land acquisition for any company requirements.

2. Leasing of office space, warehouses & land parcels

3. Govt Approvals like CLU/ Building Plan Sanctions and related NOCs like CTE/ CTO/Project reports and Fire NOCs.

4. Monitor development of sites during Construction and interiors/ Fit outs stages.

5. Strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Process with strong ethical behaviour.

6. Development / support in process strengthening / control measures (SOP’s/Process) and ensuring their implementation.

7. Conduct Valuation of properties through various IPC and generate insights for business decisions.

8. Well documentation skills for auditing and reporting purposes in accordance with statutory requirements and compliances and internal SOPs.

9. Vendor handling and negotiation skills.

10. Internal coordination with Zonal teams, project team, legal team, Sales and service team and finance team.

11. In-dept understanding of real estate industry.

12. Maintaining strong relationships with Brokers / IPC / Land-owners.

13. Proficient in MS Office/ Presentations and other Office IT tools.

14. Adhere to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects.

15. MIS & Reporting experience

(Real Estate Transaction & Govt Approvals experience is a must.

North India market exposure mandatory.

Additionally, Construction & Estate management experience is preferred)
