Perform duties associated with producing window and door products that customers perceive as having high quality and value.
Highlights of your role
- Responsible for assembly of quality product in accordance with standard work procedures
- Perform work that is repetitive in nature
- Use of machinery and essential tools including electric, manual, and air tools
- Use of essential measuring equipment
- Ability to read labels and customer orders
- Cross-Trained to work in multiple workstations and have demonstrated an ability to move easily from one work center to another and maintain standards of quality and
- Ability to perform detailed craft work
- Effectively working with others
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Dependable attendance
- Additional duties as assigned
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Standing and/or walking for 8 - 10 hours a day
- Performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions
- Working at an established production rate pace entailing pushing and/or pulling of materials up to 50 pounds
- Lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 35 pounds frequently, team lifting
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and turning
- Climbing stairs and/or ladders and working in elevated areas

Compensation
Pay starts at $18.50 per hour
