Highlights of your role
- Learn how to set-up and operate coatings equipment
- Learn how to set-up and operate coatings equipment
- Safely able to run production parts, based on current orders
- Check for quality accuracy based on the quality guidelines
- Use of machinery and essential tools including electric, manual, and air tools
- Use of essential measuring equipment
- Ability to read labels, customer orders, and may be required to read blue prints or shop drawings
- Ability to work with computers and/or the ICIM program
- May rotate stations in a work process
- Effectively working with others
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Dependable attendance
- Additional duties as assigned
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Standing and/or walking for 8 – 10 hours a day
- Performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions
- Working at an established production rate pace entailing occasionally pushing and/or pulling of materials up to 50 pounds
- Lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 20 pounds constantly, team lifting may be required for heavier lifting
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and turning
- Climbing stairs and/or ladders and working in elevated areas
