Highlights of your role
- Assemble quality products in accordance with standard work procedures.
- Perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Operate machinery and essential tools, including electric, manual, and air tools.
- Use essential measuring equipment accurately.
- Read and interpret labels and customer orders.
- Be cross-trained to work in multiple workstations, demonstrating the ability to move easily between work centers while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform detailed craft work and fabricate highly customized products.
- Operate woodworking tools such as routers, table saws, and band saws.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Work effectively with others.
- Ensure dependable attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8-10 hours a day.
- Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
- Work at an established production rate, including pushing and/or pulling materials up to 50 pounds.
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 35 pounds frequently, with team lifting required for heavier items.
- Bend, stoop, reach, twist, and turn as needed.
- Climb stairs and/or ladders and work in elevated areas.
- Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings may be required.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
