Your Role
Provide anesthesia coverage at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings Surgical Center, and Hastings Laser & Eye Surgery Center
Utilize EPIC electronic medical records
Collaborate with a collegial team of physicians and CRNAs
Monday through Friday daytime coverage with shared night‑float rotation (Thursday‑to‑Thursday, weekdays 12‑hour shifts, weekends 24‑hour shifts, 30‑minute response time, two post‑rotation days off)
Seven weeks off annually, plus post‑night‑float days off
Engage in quality improvement efforts and community involvement
Participate in quality initiatives and community engagement
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
