We are seeking a Business Entrepreneur - Market Research Lead to provide high-quality market intelligence and customer insights that enable the identification of growth opportunities, development of customer-centric innovations, reduction of commercialization risks, and informed strategic decision-making in the HealthTech market.

As a Business Entrepreneur, you will be required to:

• Lead market intelligence by monitoring market trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive activities, while identifying and quantifying new market opportunities to drive business growth and innovation.

• Drive customer and user insight generation by conducting primary and secondary research to uncover customer behaviors, unmet needs, adoption barriers, and user experiences, translating findings into actionable insights for product development.

• Support product validation and commercialization through market assessments, concept testing, and product-market fit evaluations, providing evidence-based recommendations for product launches, pricing strategies, and market entry plans.

• Deliver strategic insights by translating complex data into clear recommendations and developing market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and business case analyses to guide leadership, investment, and innovation decisions.

• Manage research programs from planning through execution and reporting, while collaborating with R&D, Product Development, Commercial, and Leadership teams to ensure insights drive business outcomes and strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Statistics, Data, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in market research, market intelligence, business analysis, customer insights, or a related field.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional collaboration, workshop facilitation, vendor management, customer engagement, and influencing decision-making.

• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in research project leadership, coaching and mentoring, resource planning, prioritization, strategic thinking, and decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills, including report writing, executive-level presentations, data visualization, business storytelling, proposal preparation, and communicating complex insights clearly.

• Strong expertise in strategic market intelligence, research and analysis, and customer and user insights.

• Proficiency in data analytics and digital research, including advanced Excel and data modelling, Power BI/Tableau, market databases, trend forecasting, KPI tracking, secondary research, and AI-assisted research tools will be an added advantage.

• Expertise in innovation and product development support, including opportunity identification, concept testing, new product validation, innovation pipeline support, product roadmap input, design thinking principles, and innovation commercialization will be an added advantage.
