    Coordinator ‐ Product Engineering Center
    (Based at Horana)

    Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as a Coordinator ‐ Product Engineering Center.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Track daily throughput and generate operational performance reports.
    • Gather daily sample room KPIs and generate data reports.
    • Review and update weekly OTP metrics against department targets.
    • Monitor and analyse Overtime (OT) hours vs Cost Generate and consolidate weekly NPI data.
    • Manage and verify the monthly sample room incentive scheme.
    • Update the technical team's Power BI database with consolidated monthly inputs.
    • Physical stock counts/Brand protection in the sample room for quarterly/annual audits.

    Qualifications

    • Following a degree in Physical Science, Supply Chain and Logistics, or Textile related fields is preferred.
    • Experienced in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Work experience in sample room will be an added advantage.
