KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with handling employee grievances in an effective manner.
• Support Human Capital (HC) reconciliation and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate and manage disciplinary processes of the company.
• Facilitate and manage the VOP (Verification of Personnel) process.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for Executive and Intern positions.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programmes.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management. 
• Sound communication and analytical skills. 
• Basic knowledge in HRM.
