KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and process monthly No Pay sheets and attendance corrections for interns within the required payroll timelines.
• Coordinate intern extension and termination requirements, obtain necessary directions and approvals, and follow up on extension requests on the system.
• Process and follow up on intern terminations and resignations, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
• Conduct payroll induction sessions for newly recruited interns, covering payroll, attendance, No Pay, and related procedures.
• Maintain and update the intern budget and headcount tracker, including new joiners, extensions, resignations, and terminations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Currently pursuing a degree or a professional qualification in HR or Business Management.
• Strong communication skills.  
• Good team working ability.
