Junior Associate ‐ Learning & Development - Service Delivery (1 year contract)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all operational activities related to the Learning & Development Service Delivery Team of Legato HR Operations is driven and implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs/KPIs, whilst contributing towards identifying / executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of services across learning delivery based on the learning calendar and updating of the Oracle Learning module to ensure all training data is update on-time for the relevant learner across both local and overseas teams.
- Ensure timely, accurate and seamless execution of tasks related to the learning delivery function, whilst updating required documents, records and systems as per specified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for accurate maintenance of training records and efficient process.
- Engage in overall operational and administrative activities pertaining to the execution of the Learning calendar.
- Ensure all pre and post training programs and relevant follow-up activities such as assessments, feedback and evaluations etc. are carried out and attended to in a timely and consistent manner in order to support learning delivery.
- Support the HRSS L&D team in driving identified value projects under the L&D pillar, ensuring necessary operational and development activities are carried out by collaborating with required internal and external parties, ensuring timely execution and achievement project deliverables.
- Ensure relevant databases and reports are updated and maintained and shared with relevant Business Units to ensure transparency and relevant L&D insights.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Currently pursuing or completed a Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Operations will be an added advantage.
- Practical exposure in handling Learning Management System (LMS) and Oracle Learning Module would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Good IT Literacy.
