Identify consultancy needs and facilitate knowledge transfer consultants to technology staff.
Develop, administer and control annual budgets and resource plans. Monitor projects to design, test and implement systems I applications.
Assign, direct and check the work of systems engineers and system support staff to ensure that business solutions are achieved.
Provide technical direction to the staff to ensure that standards and procedures are followed.
Evaluate performance of subordinates' team members, make compensation and bonus decisions, hire and fire employees.
Coordinate technical activities with internal support groups to facilitate resolution of user problems.
