As a Universal Banker, you will be the face of MashreqBank Egypt, providing exceptional customer service and managing various banking transactions. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales for the branch.
Responsibilities
- Manage cash transactions and provide excellent service at the teller counters.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations during each interaction.
- Minimize customer attrition and reduce service application rejections.
- Proactively acquire new customers through sales to walk-ins.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate customers on the use of alternative banking channels and digital technologies.
- Achieve KPIs for personal banking products and cross-sell other segment products.
- Ensure compliance with policies and processes to prevent operational losses.
- Improve service levels and handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a bias-free and inclusive environment, treating all customers with respect.
Qualifications
- A University Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of branch banking experience.
- Age between 23-30 years.
- Preferred candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
- Thorough knowledge of retail banking products, processes, services, and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and a tech-savvy mindset.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
