Job Description:

This job opportunity is currently for 1st shift

(Mon-Thurs 5:30am - 4:00pm with Friday overtime as necessary)

What You'll Do

• Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, frames, and hardware according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and completed products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet productivity expectations while ensuring craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervision.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or cabinet experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment.
