We are an independent creative agency built specifically for sports and lifestyle brands. Our work has won multiple awards (from Clios to Sports Industry Campaigns of the Year), we have been Agency of the Year several times over, and we are one of the most exciting sports businesses in the country.

Our portfolio of work features some of the most prestigious global brands, from UEFA and England Rugby to Armani and Clinique. As our client partnerships continue to expand into new categories,, we are building a talent pool of exceptional freelance Strategy Consultants to support us on an ad-hoc, project-by-project basis. 

We are seeking versatile strategists with broad category backgrounds. While we live and breathe sports marketing, we are specifically looking for consultants who can bring fresh perspectives from other fast-moving sectors, on a project by project basis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diverse Category Experience: Proven strategic experience across broad categories, with a particular interest in Beauty & Skincare, as well as Fashion, Entertainment, Financial Services, Automotive or similar sectors.
  

• Launch Expertise: A track record of successfully launching new brands and breaking into new categories.
  

• Social Media Mastery: Deep expertise in social media, with the confidence to decode trends and plan robust, multi-channel strategies.
  

• Adaptability: The ability to jump into a fast-paced and highly ambitious agency environment and deliver impactful results on a project-by-project basis.

Making It MATTA: 

Our clients are some of the most recognised and prestigious global brands in sport and lifestyle and include Uefa, The International Cricket Council, Armani, Clinique, Budweiser, ATP Tour, England Football, England Rugby, England Cricket, to name a few.

We’ve launched fitness equipment, kits, and nutrition brands. We’ve created new competitions, leagues, and tournaments - as well as rebranding, revitalising and repositioning existing ones. We’ve sold out multiple World Cups and European Championships, pushed women’s sports forward (we created the Lionesses), driven participation, and led campaigns for equality and against discrimination and drugs. We’ve worked up close and personal with some of the most iconic sports stars and sports teams on the planet, shooting campaigns all over the world.
