    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong telephone etiquette and the ability to ask clear questions, redirect inquiries and problem-solve quickly.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and stay focused in a busy office environment.
    • A polished, professional and reliable presence, with strong punctuality, accountability and attention to detail.
    • A proactive, self-directed approach, with the ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment.
    • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, internal requests and day-to-day office matters.
    • Careful attention to accuracy, with the ability to review documents, identify changes and follow through to ensure corrections are completed.

    Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000 – $58,500. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
