- Conduct screening assessments using established protocols and procedures to evaluate candidates or applicants against specified criteria
- Analyze and interpret screening data, documentation, and supporting materials to make informed recommendations
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all screening activities, assessments, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate screening results and findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear, professional, and timely manner
- Identify and escalate any concerns, discrepancies, or issues that require further investigation or management review
- Ensure all screening processes adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Provide support and guidance to candidates or applicants throughout the screening process
