The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent financial modelling skills, and a keen interest in venture capital and startup ecosystems. As a Venture Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting decision-making processes within the venture capital firm. </div><p style="margin-bottom: 1em;"> </p><div style="direction: ltr;"><strong>What your Day might look like: </strong> </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·      Conduct financial analysis on potential venture capital investments, including due diligence on financial statements, market trends, and business models. </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·     Evaluate investment opportunities, prepare financial models, and assess the potential risks and returns. </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·      Collaborate with the investment team to conduct industry research and stay informed about market trends. </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·      Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·      Monitor the financial performance of portfolio companies and provide regular updates to the investment team. </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·      Work closely with portfolio companies to support their financial planning and strategic initiatives. </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·      Conduct valuations and financial assessments to guide investment decision-making. </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·      Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and their potential impact on investment strategies. </div><p style="margin-bottom: 1em;"> </p><div style="direction: ltr;"><strong>Skills Required:</strong> </div><div style="direction: ltr;">·      Have or are currently obtaining a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
