About Dear Charlotte

Dear Charlotte is a new Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant, bar, and event destination coming to Charlotte’s Steele Creek area. With a cocktail-forward beverage program, vibrant indoor/outdoor rooftop setting, and high-energy atmosphere, the bar will be a major part of the guest experience.

We’re building our beverage team from the ground up and are looking for Bartenders who can combine technical skill, creativity, speed, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare cocktails and beverages with speed, consistency, and precision

• Deliver an energetic and elevated bar experience

• Build strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and the food menu

• Engage guests and create genuine connections

• Maintain proper recipes, portions, presentation, and service standards

• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready

• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership

• Support beverage inventory, prep, and organization

• Assist with private events and special programming

• Follow all responsible alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of bartending experience preferred

• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge

• Experience in high-volume or elevated bar environments

• Energetic, personable, and guest-focused personality

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to maintain speed and consistency during busy service

• Passion for hospitality, cocktails, and creating memorable experiences

• Craft cocktail, rooftop, upscale, or restaurant opening experience is a plus
