    • Overtime Rule: Earn overtime for hours worked over 40 in a work week

    Works collaboratively with supervisor as a resource to unit personnel. Participates in and/or assists Supervisor with staffing, timecards, hiring and training. Maintains an expert knowledge of the work area and optimizes use of available technology. Effectively communicates information to staff, and supervisor. Assists supervisor in the coaching and development of staff, optimization of area productivity and service problem resolution, and development of internal processes. May represent area on task forces/committees etc. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills when resolving conflicts with staff and customers. Assists in daily oversight of staff activity, and performs day-to-day logistics functions.

    Qualifications

    High School diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related discipline preferred. Minimum of four (4) years' experience as a materials handler, inventory/ receiving clerk or other related field required. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.
    Possesses PC skills, both keyboarding and applications.
