The Gastroenterology (GI) Department is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate to join their busy, growing community practice. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will have primarily clinic responsibilities but will eventually be trained to cover the inpatient practice. The APP will work collaboratively with all GI physicians and work independently to provide for the patient’s needs. This position requires direct patient care and telemedicine.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question – Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current MN RN and APRN license and certification as an ANP, FNP, or ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice.
