Lead & coach: Develop, mentor, and empower your team across Rigging, Service & Engineered Products. Build a culture of accountability, growth, and safety.
Drive performance: Own your branch’s P&L, sales targets, and financial results by managing productivity, scheduling, and cost control.
Grow the business: Expand inspection contracts and uncover opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and new solutions.
Deliver excellence: Strengthen customer partnerships and create new ones through consultative sales and superior service.
Operate efficiently: Apply Lean principles to streamline operations, improve delivery, and maximize field utilization.
Invest in people: Recruit, retain, and promote talent through performance reviews, career pathing, and development plans.
Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven, service, or industrial environment.
Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, A/R, and P&L.
Demonstrated decision-making and time-management skills.
Established communication and strategic planning ability.
Experience in leading, developing, and delegating to teams.
Successful completion of all coursework, OJT, and projects within Mazzella Lifting School (once established).
Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen, and E-verify.
