What To Expect
You will complete three six months rotations firmwide after which you will join one of the teams within the Risk Management Domain. Some of your rotations might be in one of the following teams:
Operational Risk Management
The Operational Risk Management team plays a key role in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting operational risks across the bank. The team helps ensure that material risks and incidents are escalated appropriately and that senior management has clear and timely insight into the bank's risk profile.

Market & Liquidity Risk Management (MRM)
The Market & Liquidity Risk Management team is responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting market and liquidity risks across the bank. The team works closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation to ensure risks are understood, managed, and communicated effectively.

You will be actively involved in enhancing risk analytics, reporting, and stress-testing processes while building a solid understanding of how risk is managed within a global financial institution.
Our 18-month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy. This foundation will equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed as you transition into your role.

The programme starts on 19 July 2027 with a 5-week entry training at EMEA headquarters in London. Following the entry training, analysts will return to Amsterdam to complete the rest of the programme and on-desk rotations.
