Facilities Manager

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our designer outlet centre in Vancouver, ensuring a safe, welcoming and high-performing environment for our guests, brand partners and colleagues.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with the General Manager, you'll lead facilities operations, contractor management, health & safety, compliance, sustainability initiatives and capital projects, while supporting tenant openings, refurbishments and store transitions.

You will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the centre asset, leading health and safety, risk management and compliance activities, and supporting tenant openings, refurbishments and store transitions. You will also drive sustainability initiatives, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with tenants and service partners to deliver exceptional operational standards.

Job Description

• Proven facilities or property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets and projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Retail, hospitality or customer-facing environment experience preferred.
