This position supports a multi-year, federally funded initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization. This role will lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding, supporting more than 70 rural healthcare organizations statewide.

Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
3+ years contract administration
Excellent organizational skills
Experience supporting contracts, grants, or compliance functions preferred
