Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the:

• Preparation of ticket sales reports and forwarding to agents in accordance with agreed schedule
• Preparing and forwarding venue maps detailing seats sold/comped/held/unsold, camera positions, etc.
• Preparing and submitting manifests in accordance with requirements
• Setting-up new shows for sale, to include prices for seats and price-break maps as well as the circulation to Ticketmaster/Live Nation as required
• Providing updates to relevant agents/management on ticket sales and trends
• Determination of ticket hold requirements, monitor and reduce/release (as appropriate)
• Ensuring effective monitoring and communication of ticket holds – including Platinum and VIP (at appropriate times) to allow for timely sale of surplus tickets
• Contacting tours to obtain information for work immigration purposes
• Review, development and enhancement of ticket coordination to optimise revenues and minimise potential for loss of sales
• Working under pressure and to strict deadlines – while maintaining quality/accuracy and internal customer focus
  

You will support a dynamic team in delivering professional campaigns against ambitious timelines

• Strong time management and task prioritisation abilities
• Flexibility, resourcefulness and a high level of creativity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Natural interpersonal and communicative abilities 
• Strong organisation skills/experience
• Prior Ticketing Experience preferable
