Position Overview:

As the Asst Bakery Manager, you will oversee daily bakery operations, product presentation, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in maintaining department performance, food safety standards, and inspiring a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage bakery team members, ensuring high standards for service and performance Oversee production schedules for breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and product rotation Support and execute custom cake orders, seasonal promotions, and merchandising displays Drive department sales and profitability through product knowledge and team engagement Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of bakery staff
