Responsibilities:
Maintains HIPAA at all times.
Navigate multiple systems/applications to complete charts.
Works discharge lists daily to ensure all charts are accounted for.
Preps, Scans, and Analyzes all charts for completeness.
Quality Checks charts to ensure chart is complete.
Performs daily maintenance on scan equipment.
Scans loose chart documents timely.
Answer phones, process faxes, and waits on customers.
Send weekly Doctors deficiency letters.
Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
High School/GED
