Are you a compassionate and skilled Radiologic Technologist looking for a weekend-only schedule? We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services while delivering outstanding patient care. In this role, you will work closely with patients, physicians, and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging and an exceptional patient experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure images meet quality standards for radiologist interpretation.
- Provide excellent patient care while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
- Maintain equipment and monitor imaging supplies.
- Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Support organizational Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education
- Graduate of an accredited AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology, or
- Eligible for ARRT credentialing upon completion of an accredited program.
Certifications & Licensure
- ARRT certification required within 12 months of program completion.
- Current South Carolina Radiologic Technologist License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
