McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in New York foreclosure law to join its expanding New York practice. The employee MUST BE BASED IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK. The ideal applicant will be a career-oriented professional with at least one year of experience representing creditors in commercial foreclosures and/or title proceedings.
Newly admitted applicants will also be considered with a strong desire to learn these practice areas. Experience with receiverships, complex commercial foreclosure litigation, and creditor-side bankruptcy experience is strongly preferred. The applicant must have the ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, communicate professionally at all times, be effective working independently and as part of a team, and provide exceptional customer service.
Leadership and management skills is a plus.
