- Manage autonomously an assigned portfolio
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts as per agreed Operations Procedures
- Identify and analyse cash discrepancies and provide support to resolution team
- Resolve issues as they arise by liaising with managerial staff, colleagues, banks, shops and customers as per company’s established standards and procedures
- Input of cash entries into accounting system
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of banking transactions for all the bank accounts within deadlines to assist management to ensure completions are met on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain and update summary of actions within Etabank software
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be required by Management
- Assist with onboarding account setup for reconciliation
- Systematically investigate suspense accounts and check several accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of translation gain or loss recognised
- Build relationship with both internal and external parties to resolve reconciliation exceptions and ensure process efficiency
