Participate in monitoring and improving the payment solutions used by the Group.
Contribute to analysing the performance of the various payment methods and monitoring operational performance indicators.
Participate in identifying and resolving incidents or issues related to payment solutions.
Ensure that documentation and mapping of payment solutions are kept up to date.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Performance, Contract Management) and external partners.
Monitor developments in payment methods and market innovations.
Contribute to projects involving the deployment or improvement of payment solutions.
Participate in the implementation and monitoring of action plans aimed at improving the performance of payment solutions..
