Quality and Client Support Officer

Onevia Trade and Facilities specialises in delivering consulting and operational support services across procurement, logistics, and facility management.

Why we need you: As part of ONEVIA, you will work directly with clients in the ship chandling industry, acting as their consultant and providing hands on support throughout their quality and food safety projects. You will work closely with each client to understand their needs, develop and implement new management systems or improve existing ones, and support the upgrade of their facilities and operations through to certification readiness.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000 and other applicable standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality and food safety management systems, from initial development through to full implementation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 14001, other relevant standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide consulting and advisory support to clients by assessing existing quality and food safety management systems through on-site audits, identifying gaps and required improvements, and supporting the implementation of necessary changes to achieve compliance with applicable standards and legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify non-conformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
• Support clients throughout the entire facility setup and improvement process, from initial assessment and implementation through to certification readiness, ensuring alignment with operational, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver training sessions and guidance to client teams on quality, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and resolve client complaints, ensuring effective and timely solutions.
• Ensure service delivery is aligned with SLAs, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Maintain and control all quality, compliance, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support certification processes.
  
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance levels, identify risks, and track and analyse relevant KPIs related to quality, audit outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned, in line with the scope of the role.

You need these qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  
• Proven experience in quality management, auditing, or operational consulting (supply chain, food, facilities, or similar industries)
• ISO 9001:2015 QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor certification from a recognised training provider.
• ISO 22000 Auditor / Lead Auditor certification from a recognised certification or training body.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles.
• Experience in supplier audits and compliance assessments.
• Ability to identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide practical, solution-oriented recommendations to clients.
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset.
• Willingness to travel
