MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida Clearance: Active TS/SCI Ability to work remotely: No Job Summary Provide planning support to the MARCENT Plans and Policy Directorate (G-5) for USMC and USN naval integration efforts across the CENTCOM AOR. Specific Responsibilities Attend HQMC, CENTCOM, and NAVCENT-level planning events to plan, analyze, and assess naval force integration efforts Support planning of major OPLANs supporting naval integration efforts, including maritime raids, Non-combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO), and Foreign Humanitarian Assistance (FHA)/Disaster Relief (DR) operations Maintain understanding of the force management process for planning, prioritizing, and designating USMC/USN operations and naval integration command relationships Track ongoing and emerging integration efforts across combatant commands and apply best practices to CENTCOM Coordinate with HQMC (PP&O, CD&I) and MARFORCOM on Service-level naval integration efforts and issues Serve as MARCENT liaison to NAVCENT; review Joint and Service-level doctrine on naval operating concepts Chair an assessment cell of component action officers to evaluate and track integration efforts Develop assessments, briefs, and information papers; provide SME guidance and support internal MARCENT working groups
