Overview
Under the direction of the Senior Production Manager, this role will be responsible for the planning, development, supervision, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes in Wiring Harness, Machine Shop, Brazing, Shell Assembly, Paint Lines, and Weld and Assembly. This position will manage the budgets of the assigned departments through the proper use of materials and human resources, measurement and improvement of productivity, and improvements to processes and equipment.

Working Conditions
This position may involve potential exposure to hazardous materials, and environmental changes (heat/cold), and the employee must be able to work under stress occasioned by production requirements, personnel, and the needs of other departments, utilizing proper body mechanics. Ability to work long hours in emergency situations, overtime or alternate shifts.

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force to frequently lift, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time; however, it may involve walking and standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
