Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily manufacturing operations across their assigned production areas (Casting, Finishing, Melting). This position ensures safety, quality, and production goals are achieved in a heavy industrial environment while leading teams in physically demanding conditions.
The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 annually. This range is intended as a general guideline; final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and other business and market considerations.
