Full Time Pharmacy Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This is an in-person position focused on prescription order fulfillment and pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining accuracy and excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: This position does not involve sterile or non-sterile compounding.
Responsibilities
- Fill and prepare prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Label, package, and process prescriptions for shipment or patient pickup
- Maintain inventory and assist with stock management
- Verify prescription information and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures
- Assist pharmacists with daily operational tasks
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with pharmacy standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and patients when needed
- Support quality assurance and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting of pharmacy supplies
