As we grow, we're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our operations and help establish efficient processes. ### **Position Overview** We're looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our growing telehealth startup.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with early-stage companies, be self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide administrative support to the leadership team * Assist in developing and documenting operational processes * Manage communication channels and respond to inquiries * Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed notes * Help with recruitment by screening candidates and scheduling interviews * Maintain company documentation and files in collaborative platforms * Coordinate calendars and appointments for team members * Research and compile information for various projects * Assist with basic data entry and report generation ### **Required Qualifications** * Previous experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in an early-stage startup * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Experience in developing and enhancing operational processes * Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace) * Experience with recruitment and candidate screening * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of telehealth operations * Experience with project management tools * Basic understanding of social media management ### **Work Details** * Remote position * Anticipated hourly wage: $5-$7/hourly based on location and experience * 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST * Initial contract period of 60 days with opportunity for increased compensation based on performance ### Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your relevant experience and why you're interested in joining our telehealth startup.
