HVAC Punch-Out

Position Overview:

An HVAC Punch-Out Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper installation and functionality of HVAC systems before project completion. This role involves performing final inspections, testing, and repairs to meet project specifications and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of installed HVAC systems, including units, ductwork, and controls.
• Identify and document any deficiencies, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues.
• Perform necessary repairs, adjustments, or replacements to address punch-list items.
• Test and balance HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and quality control inspectors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of punch-list items, completed work, and associated costs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist with start-up and commissioning procedures as needed.
