    About the Role:

    We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Medical Assistants to join our team in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing quality patient care and support to our medical staff. Your primary responsibility will be to assist physicians and nurses in delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and performing basic laboratory tests. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of a Medical Assistant program
    • Certification as a Medical Assistant
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a medical facility
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist physicians and nurses in delivering quality patient care
    • Take vital signs and prepare patients for examinations
    • Perform basic laboratory tests and record results accurately
    • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow

    Skills:

    As a Medical Assistant, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical staff. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in performing daily tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and performing basic laboratory tests. You will also use your organizational skills to maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks. Familiarity with electronic medical records and fluency in English and Spanish are preferred qualifications that will enhance your ability to provide exceptional patient care.
