JOB SUMMARY: Establish and monitor Medicalodges marketing program to provide programs, guidance, and training to individual facility management to generate occupancy and maintain superior community relationships
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Developing an annual marketing budget and plan for the region and assigned facilities in collaboration with the Regional Vice President and facility personnel.
- Collaborate with facility personnel and the Regional Vice President in evaluating and updating marketing plan to ensure compatibility with facility operations.
- Gathering and interpreting changes in the market place for services and products which can signal threats or opportunities.
- Coordinating marketing and public relations activities with the Regional Vice President and facility personnel.
- Training facility management in skills to market services to the variety of referral sources, i.e., insurance companies, HMO’s, PPO’s, and special hospital care units.
- Assisting facility personnel in customer service programs, public relations, and facility image building.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows to market our services.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, or other related field preferred
- Two years related work experience
- Social Media Marketing/Management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent computer skills
