Our 95,000 employees work across more than 150 countries to put patients first — developing innovative medical technologies that improve the lives of 72+ million patients each year. Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.

    A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic at an exciting stage of digital transformation as we continue to enhance touchless, automated order‑to‑cash operations and anticipate a transition to MiniMed, our dedicated diabetes organization. This role sits at the heart of digital enablement, ensuring reliable and scalable electronic data exchange with customers. As Senior eBusiness & Digitalization Specialist, you will play a key role in improving order accuracy, processing speed, and customer experience while reducing manual effort and cost to serve.
The role is embedded within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization and operates in a highly international, cross‑functional environment. You will work in a hybrid setup aligned with local guidelines, partnering closely with internal teams and external service providers to govern and optimize a complex, multi‑provider eBusiness and EDI landscape.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

    • Own the end‑to‑end eBusiness and EDI landscape, including inbound electronic orders, outbound confirmations, advance shipping notices, and electronic invoicing
    • Monitor EDI performance and resolve integration issues to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient order‑to‑cash operations
    • Drive adoption of standardized EDI solutions to maximize touchless order processing and minimize manual intervention
    • Partner with customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to onboard, maintain, and optimize EDI connections
    • Analyze digital order flow performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, speed, and reliability
    • Strengthen governance across the EDI environment by standardizing metrics, controls, and documentation

    Required Knowledge and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in eBusiness, EDI, or digital order‑to‑cash operations
    • Hands‑on experience managing EDI message flows, integrations, or touchless order processing
    • Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash processes and electronic transaction governance
    • Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and service providers in complex environments
    • Fluency in English

Experience with ERP or CRM platforms, prior involvement in digital transformation initiatives, or exposure to healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industries is considered an advantage.
