The Senior Accounts Receivable Executive will play a crucial role in our Delivery_Medical RCM_Ops Management_Ops Management department. They will be responsible for outbound calls to insurance providers, verifying claim status and eligibility, and taking necessary actions for denied claims. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
- Document and manage denial processes, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Schedule and conduct calls based on client appointments.
- Work on outstanding claims reports and account receivable data.
- Contact insurance carriers to obtain updates on unpaid claims.
- Adapt to various voice-based processes as per business needs.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and records.
- Meet client SLAs with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Comply with Medusind's policies, client guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Freshers with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in a voice-based role.
- Any undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in shifts, 8 pm to 5 am or 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.
- Flexibility to adapt to different voice-based processes.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
