We are seeking a Sales Engineer to support the growth of industrial and technical solutions across the region. The role will focus on developing project-based sales opportunities, understanding customer technical requirements, and promoting suitable industrial equipment, process systems, and engineering solutions across a range of industrial sectors.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or technical sales.
- Exposure to one or more of the following sectors:
- Mining
- Fertilizer
- Cement
- Petrochemical
- Chemical
- Metals & Steel
- Other industrial sectors
- Experience in industrial sales and project-based business.
- Good understanding of industrial equipment, process systems, and engineering solutions.
- Experience working with international suppliers, EPC contractors, consultants, and/or end users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background is preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management capabilities.
- Commercially driven with the ability to develop new business.
- Proactive and able to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel and visit industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities for industrial equipment, process systems, and engineering solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical and project requirements.
- Develop suitable technical and commercial solutions based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Develop and follow up on project-based sales opportunities.
- Visit industrial customers and project sites as required.
- Support business development activities across targeted industrial sectors.
- Contribute to sales growth and the development of long-term customer relationships.
