About The Opportunity
The General Laborer supports manufacturing operations by assisting with machine setup, material handling, and production across multiple departments. This role involves feeding materials into equipment, stacking finished products, and preparing items for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Employees are cross trained in various areas and may operate equipment such as balers, unitizers, or down stackers. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.Pay & Schedule
Menasha Packaging is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team as General Laborers / Machine Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide paid training and opportunities for advancement, including forklift certification.
In this role, you will support machine operators, assist with production processes, and help manufacture high-quality corrugated packaging products in a safe and fast-paced environment.
